Revlon Colorstay Creme Gel Eye Liner

First impressions: Since it was Revlon Colorstay, I was expecting wonderful, dark pigmentation and great staying power.

Actual result: It wasnt as black as I like my eyeliner to be. I was a Charcoal color, rather than a Black. However, it was very creamy. It is not ideal for your waterline.
