Spotted: New ELF products at Target!
My local target has gotten some new ELF products!
- E.L.F. Flawless Finish Foundation
- E.L.F. Studio High Definition Powder
It was recently announced that ELF will be getting new displays and more products in Target stores this March.

I have ELFs High Definition powder. I don't notice much difference when I use it. It leaves my skin really soft- but that's about it. I'm anxious to read your review.
