CoverGirl and Olay Simply Ageless Foundation
I am having a really hard time finding my shade in this. Almost all of the shades have pink in them. I was colormatched online saying i was Warm beige. It was PINK! Then the rep told me i was Buff Beige, which was also pink. I then went a little lighter, and saw Creamy Natural. It looked yellow when i did a quick swatch, and i was so happy. When i got home and it dried, it had a hint of pink in it (damn), but i used it anyway.
After it is dried, it looks okay, but there is a slight difference in color between my face and neck (neck is more yellow than face), but it doesnt look bad.
However, despite the shade trouble, this thing has wonderful coverage! It covers everything up, but it doesnt look like you have anything on. Im rather oily, and it doesnt melt off, although it does get shiny. All my other makeup, settles into my (nonexistent laugh lines)...this one doesnt. I love it!
I am going to see if Natural Ivory is good for me.
I just hope CoverGirl realizes that there are a LOT of people with yellow undertones and should make shades that are truly yellow toned. It will open up their market for millions of people!
